It is committed to providing all necessary resources and complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objectives and decisions related to Quality are closely linked and form part of the company policy, as reflected in our Quality Policy, which is based on the following principles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><b>Total satisfaction of all our customers<\/b>, consistently achieving the highest quality in all IT service actions developed by HOPLA!.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Studying and understanding the needs of our current and future customers<\/b> to detect and address their requirements, which serves as a basis for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Identifying the necessary infrastructure needs<\/b> to adapt to the demands of the interested parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Engaging, motivating, and committing staff<\/b> to encourage their participation in the management, development, and application of the Quality system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Ensuring compliance with the requirements<\/b> established in any IT service request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Guaranteeing that any customer complaint<\/b> is addressed with the utmost speed and efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Maintaining continuous contact with our suppliers<\/b> to stay informed about economic conditions and delivery times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Seeking and implementing corrective actions<\/b> for each problem that arises within the company, maintaining contact with interested parties to collaborate on improving the quality of our services and products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Using risk assessment methodology<\/b> to prevent potential deviations or non-conformities in the quality management system and to enable prompt action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Continuously evaluating the application and effectiveness<\/b> of these provisions to ensure the improvement of our Quality System.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Defining coherent annual objectives<\/b> that align with this policy and which we all must strive to achieve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This Policy will be available to interested parties and must be adhered to and assumed by all, with the Management of HOPLA! being the first to commit to the described guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The Management<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hopla! es consciente de la necesidad de mejorar de una manera constante y continuada para ser capaz de adaptarse a las cada vez m\u00e1s exigentes condiciones de sus clientes y del mercado y de esta manera poder destacar frente a sus competidores.
